It is important to us that you receive your product as quickly and hassle-free as possible. KETTLER offers delivery in one of three ways:
- Store Pickup by a customer vehicle. Our team will hand deliver the product to your vehicle and assist in securing it.
- Directly from our vendors or our KETTLER central warehouse.
- Local delivery direct from our store (limited depending on if your location is in our delivery network). Inquire of KETTLER staff for availability. All products will be delivered completely assembled with no waste. Table tennis tables, foosball tables, and fitness equipment can only be delivered to the first floor due to balance and weight issues. Schedule your home delivery at the time of purchase. Please make sure an adult is present when the truck arrives. Decks, walkways, and stairways to be utilized for delivery must be cleared of all personal items and/or trip hazards prior to the delivery team's arrival. If you need to reschedule the date, contact KETTLER as soon as possible. We require a 48-hour notice.

Our delivery window is 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled date of delivery. Due to traffic, we will call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
You may incur an additional fee if you reschedule less than 48 hours prior to delivery, or if no one is home when the truck arrives. If delivery or pick-up does not take place within 30 days of the originally scheduled delivery date, additional fees will apply or the order may be cancelled.
Additional fees may apply for delivery of furniture above or below the ground floor, or for other unusual circumstances. Our delivery teams are not allowed to move or take away existing furniture in your home.
For delivery items, please thoroughly inspect all items at the time of delivery. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by making a notation on the delivery receipt. For any minor issues, you should note any defects or damages on the delivery receipt and immediately report any issues to the store.
